Registration and Personal Account
To create a Make Notes account, you should click on the icon on the top of the page that refers to the personal account, or click here, and you will be taken to a webpage where you can either login or register yourself.  To register yourself, you must only provide a valid e-mail address and create a password. Then, you will receive an e-mail on the provided address with a link you must follow to complete your registration and confirm your account. Alternatively, you can register by using your Facebook or Google accounts. By following these steps, you can start purchasing our products, in an easy and relaxed way! 
To log into your account (previously created as stated in topic no. 1), you should click on the icon on the top of the page that refers to the personal account, or click here, and you will be taken to a webpage where you can either login or register yourself. To login, you must only insert the e-mail address and password associated with your Make Notes account. You can also login with your Facebook or Google accounts, if previously registered.
In case you forget your password, you must click on the link provided for this purpose on the login page, or click here. You will have to insert the e-mail address linked to your Make Notes account and, then, you will receive an e-mail with a link to recover your password, through which you will be able to define a new password.
By accessing your personal account, you can modify your personal information, password and associated addresses, at any time.
By creating a Make Notes account, you might enjoy our exclusive functionalities and benefits:
•    Your personal information and addresses will be kept, so your purchase experience can be faster and more effective;
•    Your order history and correspondent information will be kept on your personal page and can be checked at any time;
•    The products that you tag as favorites will be saved and made available on your personal page;
•    Our newsletters and information on prevailing promotions can be sent to your e-mail, if you authorize so.

You don’t have to create an account to purchase our products. However, you will have to provide us with your personal data and address, each time you want to complete an order. Check topic no. 5 to get to know the benefits of creating a Make Notes account.
If you want to cancel your account, you may contact our Support Service through shop@makenotes.pt and request the termination of your personal account, without any inconvenience.
We know how much you value a fast delivering service! So being, the delivery of your order will be accomplished in 2 to 3 working days, for orders in Portugal, and 3 to 4 working days, for orders in Spain, after the confirmation of the payment, between 9 am and 7 pm.
If your order was not delivered within the period of time previously stated, you should contact us at shop@makenotes.pt. You should also check if you’ve received the order and payment confirmation e-mails and also the expedition notice. You can also track your order through the link that was sent to your e-mail when the order was shipped. 
Don’t worry! If the delivery attempt has failed, a notice will be left on your mailbox and your order will be delivered to the nearest post office, where you can then collect the order. From that moment, you will have 5 working days to collect your order. Otherwise, it will be returned.

If the order is shipped to Spain, then a notice will be left with a contact to whom you must appeal, within a maximum of 10 days, to schedule a new delivery attempt.
Yes, you will have to pay for the shipping costs, unless your order is over 40€ and is to be delivered in Portugal. In any other case, the shipping service costs 3.5€ for deliveries in Portugal and 5€ for deliveries in Spain.
If you have a special discount code then you will not be able to see what the discount on a certain item is before you get to the checkout stage. When you are on the checkout page, you must write the code in the voucher field, and it will be automatically validated. If the code is valid, you will see the discount result in the shopping cart on the right. You can then proceed with placing your order!
When you place an order, you receive a confirmation notice, on the e-mail address you have stated. In case you have paid through an ATM reference, you will also receive an e-mail confirming the payment. When the order is shipped, you will receive once again an e-mail, in which there is a link to track your order, in the transportation company website. Furthermore, from the moment the order is placed, you can see it listed on your personal account.
Don’t worry! The confirmation e-mail might not have reached you for a number of reasons, among them, a technical issue, a failure on the e-mail server, spam storage or some kind of inaccuracy on the e-mail address you have inserted. You should then check your personal page and see if the order is listed, as well as check if the payment was successfully executed. If so, your order was processed. If you still have any doubts, please contact us at shop@makenotes.pt.
Regardless of our verification efforts, sometimes there might be a stock-out. In that case, our Customer Support Service will contact you to communicate the situation and ask you if would rather cancel, partially or totally, your order or wait 2 to 3 days for the arrival of stock.
Of course you can! Since the moment the order is placed, you will receive a number of e-mails to keep you aware of the order status. Inside the e-mail that notifies that the order was shipped, a link will be provided, through which the status of the order can be checked at all times.
The speed with which we process your order and proceed with the shipment, does not allow us to have enough flexibility to make it feasible to cancel your order, since it might already be in preparation in our warehouse and even be ready to be sent. Therefore, you cannot cancel your order but you can return it as soon as you receive it.
Yes, you can either return the whole order or part of it, within 14 days as of the reception of the order. To do so, you should fill the form that was sent with your order, and that you can print from here if needed. Then, you should send the order to our address with both the return form (properly filled) and the purchase receipt attached. However, the order can only be returned if:
•    The products do not show any sign of misuse or excessive manipulation;
•    The products are complete (with all the components and accessories that are part of it) and with the original packaging in perfect conditions;
•    The original sales receipt is attached to the order;
•    The maximum period of 14 days upon the arrival of the order to your address has not been exceeded.
The reimbursement will be performed through the same payment method used by you to complete the purchase, within 14 days after the validation of the return conditions. You should bear the direct costs associated with the return process (shipping costs).
We offer you many possibilities regarding payment methods: you can pay your purchase with an ATM reference, PayPal or credit card.
•    If you choose “ATM reference”, the necessary information will be sent to your e-mail so you can proceed with the payment in an ATM machine or through MB Net. You will have 48 hours to complete the payment, otherwise your order will not be confirmed. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation notice.
•    If you choose “PayPal”, you will be sent to the payment page where you should log into your PayPal account;
•    If you choose “credit card”, you will have to insert a valid credit card data. If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, and it will not be possible the complete the payment. The total amount of the order will be immediately deducted.
No, the displayed price already includes VAT at the current rate and no fees related to the chosen payment method are charged.
Whenever you cancel your payment on one of the platforms (PayPal or Redunicre), you can always try to complete the payment again within a maximum period of 48 hours. To complete it, you should go to your personal area, to the "my orders" tab, click on the desired order and, if you are still within the deadline, there will be a link to take you back to the payment platform. If you have placed your order without or before signing up, then you will not be able to go back to your payment through Paypal or credit card, in which case you should place the order again.
